Day 3 was all about scuba diving the Great Barrier Reef! We took off from Port Douglas around 8AM with Poseidon Reef Divers (http://www.poseidon-cruises.com.au/) and enjoyed the 1.5 boat ride to the Agincourt Reef area of the GBR.
Mindy was a bit apprehensive about the dives as I filled her head with the notion that she would see sharks! Well, in the end she did! A 4 foot long reef shark that is, amongst many other fish and coral organisms that we got to see. Here are some pics of us getting ready to dive.
After a great day on the reef, we took in a quick walk around the beach at our hotel. Here are a few pics before we went to dinner.
